Provide information in business English can be as simple as asking for time, or as complex as asking for details about a complex process. In either case, it is important to use the appropriate phrases to respond.
For example, when responding to a friend, use an informal or slang form. When responding to a colleague, use a slightly more formal form, and when responding to a stranger, or co-worker, use appropriate formal structure.
